I grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico where I developed a passion for fitness and an active lifestyle. In my early 20s, I began my career as a fitness instructor in Austin, Texas. Having overcome candida and inflammation through diet and lifestyle changes in college, I was inspired to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
My philosophy focuses on daily movement, breathwork, meditation, sunlight, and an anti-inflammatory diet. I have over a decade of experience teaching group fitness and personal training in various formats: Kettlebell, Pilates, Circuit Training Weight Training, and HIIT.
Outside of fitness, my interests include music and dancing, beach volleyball, snowboarding, travel, and spending time with my husband and dog.
