My training style focuses on metabolic conditioning, strength training, and functional human movement.I got into fitness because I used to lead a very sedentary lifestyle, which resulted in numerous injuries both in and out of the gym. These experiences showed me the importance of movement and inspired me to help others improve their health and physical abilities.
